Care Integration is a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly in Menifee, serving seniors who want a home-based setting with round-the-clock oversight. Established in 2023, the residence combines lodging with daily assistance, meals, medication support, companionship, activities, and healthcare coordination while encouraging each resident to remain independent wherever their abilities allow them to do so.

Care Integration aims to reduce that disruption by creating a familiar home environment where residents receive support according to their abilities and health conditions. Care Integration’s principal worked in senior support settings for more than seven years before establishing the residence, including larger assisted living homes, small care homes, and one-on-one arrangements. That experience continues to guide the home’s approach, with round-the-clock staffing, resident needs, family input, and coordination with healthcare teams remaining central to daily operations. Residents may also have access to shared community amenities and recreational facilities, including a nearby pool, which are part of the surrounding community rather than located on the Care Integration premises. Thelma oversees facility operations and resident support while helping families navigate the transition into residential living. She prioritizes clear communication, transparency, and thoughtful guidance, helping residents and their loved ones feel informed, reassured, and comfortable throughout each stage of the transition.
